As per our Contract Procurement Manual, SSD conducts bi-annual vendor evaluations to assess the quality of the overall service delivery, to recognize exceptional performance, and to address areas for further development. Both quantitative and qualitative data / feedback were sought from multiple stakeholders, including; Employment Reps, Relocation Advisors, Proponents, Contract Administration Group, and recent new hires. This data was used to build a comprehensive 360 degree evaluation of your performance year-to-date.
SSD is delighted to confirm that IPAMS received an overall score of Outstanding for the end-year vendor evaluation performance for 2016. The evaluation score criteria are; Outstanding (1), Above Average (2), Average (3), Below Average (4), Unsatisfactory (5). Please note that your performance evaluation score history is factored in to the decision-making process for the vendor shortlisting of future contracts. Vendors who receive an evaluation score of Below Average or Unsatisfactory may be precluded from future bids.
