Aside from our usual walk-in applications, IPAMS accepts applications from Filipinos based in the provinces through the following:

  • Our website

  • IPAMS Mobile App – download for free through the Apple Store or Google Play.

Only applicants with PEOS Certification will be interviewed once they are initially deemed suitable for the post.

Step 1 – ONLINE REGISTRATION

Either apply as a Walk-in Applicant or via online. Search for your desired position in the “Search Jobs/Employers” field of the Job Listings section. If there is a job opening, it will appear in your search results. Click and read through the details. Scroll down and click the “REGISTER TO APPLY” button.

If you encounter any problem in the registration process, please go to our Help Center.

Recruiters screen applications daily. If you qualify for the post, an IPAMS recruitment officer will invite you for initial screening via call or video call.

Step 2 – INITIAL SCREENING (Face to Face or Video)

You will be contacted for a preliminary interview via call or video interview via MS Teams or ZOOM, or invited to personally attend the interview at the IPAMS office.

If it is done virtually, our recruiters will ask your permission for the video interview to be recorded for reference purposes. This video interview will only be shared with the potential employers with your permission, per our “Data Privacy Act” policy.

Step 3 – ENDORSEMENT OF APPLICATION TO EMPLOYER/CLIENT

Upon verification of documents by IPAMS, your profile will be forwarded to the employer for further review and evaluation.

You will then be shortlisted if found suitable for the post.

Step 4 – FINAL INTERVIEW WITH THE EMPLOYER

Only shortlisted candidates will be notified by IPAMS via e-mail, SMS, or telephone call to report for the final interview.

There are two (2) manners of final interviews conducted at the IPAMS office:

a. Video Call Interview:
Depending on the employer’s preference, the interview may be done through a video call using your smartphone, laptop, or desktop. Common apps include Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, BlueJeans, or similar platforms. The interview link or invitation will be sent to your email.

b. Face-to-Face (Personal) Interview:
Applicants will be invited to attend the final interview in person at the IPAMS office or at another venue (such as a hotel or PESO office) that is approved by the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW).

Before the final interview, an IPAMS recruiter will give a brief orientation to help you prepare and increase your chances of doing well during the interview.

Special Note: If you have not received any notification from IPAMS one week before the final interview dates, it means that you were not shortlisted. You can also check the status of your application online by logging in to your IPAMS account.

Step 5 – FINAL INTERVIEW SELECTION/JOB OFFER

Selected candidates from the final interview will be notified by IPAMS via e-mail, SMS, or telephone call to attend the physical or virtual offer orientation scheduled by our operations/mobilization team.

Some foreign employers release interview results directly to applicants via email or through their own online application portals (for example, Qatar Airways and Emirates). In these cases, IPAMS will contact only the applicants who accept the job offer once the employer sends us the official list of names for the mobilization process.

Those who are not selected will also receive notification within one (1) week after the final interview from our recruiters. Employers also have a standard timeline for providing updates on candidates who were not selected during the event.

Special Note: For those who were not selected, your profile will be in our pool within six (6) months from application (physical documents) and within 12 months if applied via our website and mobile app. You will be contacted, or you may apply again after 6 months, should there be any suitable job openings for you in the future.
