How to Set Up an Applicant Account

Please read and follow each step carefully to avoid errors in your registration.

STEP 1: Go to the Applicant Section

  1. On the homepage, look for “Applicant” menu and click it.

  2. Select “Register now."

You will be redirected to the online registration page.

STEP 2: Fill Out the Registration Form

Carefully enter the required information:

  • Position Applied.

  • Select Application Source (where did you find out about our job opportunities?).

  • PEOS ID Certificate Number – get your PEOS ID for a Professional/Skilled worker. No need to get one if this already exists.

  • Full Name (exactly as written on your passport).

  • Present Address.

  • Current Location (are you based in the Philippines or overseas?).

  • Active Email Address (make sure you can access it).

  • Create a password and confirm it.

  • Put your correct Birthdate, Gender and select your Civil Status.

  • Indicate your Height in cm and Weight in kg.

  • Mobile Number and alternate mobile number (include correct country code if applicable).

  • Indicate your “Years of relevant experience) from the position you are applying for.

  • Select in the drop-down menu “Availability” for overseas employment.

  • Specify any physical deformity, disability, or defect.

  • Choose 3 job categories that you believe your experience belongs to.

  • Download the General Evaluation Form plus a supporting form based on your application:

    • Healthcare and Medical Services Evaluation + RN Skill Self-Evaluation Forms for Nurses

    • Healthcare and Medical Services Evaluation Form for other medical positions

    • Cabin Crew

Upload the General Evaluation Form by clicking the green button.

If you are a Registered Nurse, you should select “Yes’ and upload your RN Skill Self-Evaluation Form.

Note: Make sure to print all the forms by using the 8 ½ inch x 13 inch or Long Bond Paper size.

⚠ Important:

  • Double-check your spelling before submitting.

  • Use a professional email address.

  • Do not use someone else’s email.

After completing all required fields, click REGISTER.

A PROMPT stating “you have successfully registered” will appear on the screen.

STEP 3: Log In to Your Account

Once verified:

  1. Go back to the IPAMS website.

  1. Click Login.

  1. Enter your username and password.

You can now access your applicant dashboard.

STEP 4: Complete Your IPAMS Applicant Profile

Once you are logged in, you can still edit your details by clicking “Edit” on the right corner, aligning the “Profile” title.

On the right side of the screen, you may proceed to RESUME to complete your details.

✔ Government Documents

  • You can click the “+” sign on the right portion of the above and add the updated government documents you have.

  • You add your updated Passport, NBI Clearance, and Driver’s License.

✔ Education

  • You can click the “+” sign on the right portion of the above and add your education details

You can add:

  • Education Level - choose from the drop-down menu.

  • School Name.

  • If a college graduate or TESDA certified, state what is written on your diploma/certificate.

  • Date from – when you started your education.

  • Date To - when you finish, or until what year you have reached your education level.

  • Select Status – Graduate/Completed/Certified or Incomplete/Undergraduate.

Once done, you can click the “Add” button. You can add more if there are any.

✔ Work Experience

  • You can click the “+” sign on the right portion of the above and add your work experience details.

  • Please refer to your COEs or SSS Employment History. Indicate from the present job (or your last job).

Go and add the following:

  • Position

  • Company name

  • Department Assigned

  • Industry

  • Address of the company

  • Date you were hired/Date From

  • Check “Present” if still connected with the company. If no longer connected, fill in “Date To” to indicate your end of employment date.

  • Monthly Gross or Basic Salary

  • Add Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer “Reason for Leaving” if no longer connected with the company.

Once done, you can click the “Add” button. You can add more if there is more Work history to add.

Be accurate and truthful. Employers will verify your information.

✔ Training Certificates

  • You can click the “+” sign on the right portion of the above and add your Training.

You can add:

  • Company or institution where you have taken your training.

  • Title of the Certificate

  • Date issued

Once done, you can click the “Add” button. You can add more if you have taken more training relevant to the job you are applying for.

✔ Character Reference

  • You can click the “+” sign on the right portion of the above and add the details of your Character Reference.

  • Ideally, you can declare your previous immediate supervisor or the HR of your previous company. It is recommended that you add three (3) character references.

Go and add:

  • Name of the personnel

  • Name of the company

  • Position

  • Contact number – should be current and accurate

Once done, you can click the “Add” button. You can add more if you have any.

STEP 5: Attachments

Prepare clear scanned copies (PDF or JPEG format):

  • Valid NBI Clearance

  • Passport copy

  • PEOS Certificate

  • IPAMS General Evaluation Form (if not yet available)

  • Other forms

Once done, you can click the “Add” button. You can add more if needed.

Make sure:

  • Documents are readable.

  • File size meets website requirements.

  • File names are professional (e.g., JuanDelaCruz_CV.pdf).

STEP 6: Review and Save Your Profile

Before applying:

  • Review all entries.

  • Check for spelling or date errors.

  • Ensure your contact details are correct.

✅ FINAL REMINDERS

  • Registration is FREE. IPAMS does not collect placement fees.

  • Use only the official website.

  • Keep your login details secure.

  • Always monitor your email and phone for updates from IPAMS.
